The Time Machine

I feel like I can see the music and can see how the character of the music actually flows. For me, that’s music to my eyes. Nyle DiMarco

Not your father’s Oldsmobile, these videos bring relaxation and meditative videos into the 21st century.   The slow motion effect you see was based on a conclusive biofeedback research study.  The statistically validated results showed that the motion seen in this videos activate the right brain hemisphere, and as a result, reduce stress.  The meditative spiritually-oriented music is specially composed to coordinate with the up and down motion of the slow moving components in each video.   We believe that the creative aspect of our brain can, in fact, be trained to become more dominant and result in a more colorful and creative life.  These videos can serve as a part of that training process.

Watching these videos reduces stress, and has been validated by a scientific study.
Heart rate averaged 56 bpm for the group watching the "Time Machine",
while the control group (no Time Machine exposure) had an average heart rate of 92 bpm.

Skin conductance levels (a bio-metric measure of stress, with
higher values = to higher stress) averaged 70 with the "Time Machine" group,
vs. 166 with the non-Time Machine group.

HOWTO:   Watch this video 3 times a week for a month.

After initialization, watch this video once per month.

  • Reduces stress
  • Enhances creativity (right side of the brain)
  • Promotes “flow” *
  • Uses Solfeggio Frequencies where noted

How:  Keep your gaze focused on the red or blue ball or center of the image inside the loop.  “Relax” your focus, such that you are not really focusing on anything in particular – like a “gaze” or that space you’re in when someone tells you that you are being “distant”.  Keep the moving line in your peripheral vision, (but don’t focus on it).    Release your mind such that you are present (but not), i.e.,  in the “flow zone”.  Feel the movement of the line.  Breath slowly and deeply.  Relax.

* In positive psychology, flow, also known as the zone, is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. In essence, flow is characterized by complete absorption in what one does, and a resulting loss in one’s sense of space and time.

The "Time Machine" helps the viewer to realign his/her brain hemispheres
towards a state of balance. This device, along with music, has been proven
to activate and strengthen the right brain, leading the to reduced stress
(processing the music and Flow Machine visual stimuli, the left brain can
more efficiently return autonomic elevations to a homeostatic state).
