Flow Training for Musicians and Musicologists

 

This page is intended to help the musician and/or conductor bring the flow of music into their
awareness and into their performances. If you are a first time visitor, and new to using
The Adagio as a performance tool, we suggest you start out at the "Beginning" level,
and advance to the other levels when you feel comfortable doing so.

These exercises will provide you with the necessary "launching pad" into what
Mihaly Csikszentmihaly calls "flow state", which has been proven to
